How to Enter?
There are four ways to enter the Walmart Sweepstakes:
- No Purchase Required:
Visit https://www.entry.survey.walmart.com, follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form by providing your valid details. - Make a Purchase:
Buy something at a participating Walmart store. After your purchase, you’ll receive an invitation for a survey. Visit https://survey.walmart.com and follow the instructions to complete the survey and enter. Remember, you must complete the survey within one week from the date on your receipt. - Survey Invite:
Make a purchase on Walmart.com, Walmart Grocery, or through Walmart’s mobile apps during the sweepstakes period. If you receive a survey invitation via email, use the unique survey link in the email to complete the survey and enter. - Write-In:
You can also enter by mail. Write your full name, mailing address, phone number, and date of birth on a postcard (3½ x 5 inches to 4¼ x 6 inches) and mail it to:

🏆Prizes:
GRAND PRIZES: Five (5) grand prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a Walmart gift card in the amount of $1,000 (each a “Grand Prize”). Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all Grand Prizes is $5,000.
FIRST PRIZES: Seven hundred and fifty (750) first prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a Walmart gift card in the amount of $100 (each a “First Prize”). Total ARV of all First Prizes is $75,000.
Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded is $80,000.
