How To Enter?
There two (2) ways to enter this survey.
1. Make A Purchase: You need buy something at any participating store brand: T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods, Marshalls, Sierra, or HomeSense, in-store or online and then go to their survey website here https://www.marshallsfeedback.com and take participate in the Marshalls Customer Satisfaction Survey by entering your valid details and survey number after that click on the “Next” button on the bottom of the website page and then complete a customer satisfaction survey by giving your honest feedback about your visit at their store.
2. Mail-in Entry (No Purchase Required): In this method you don’t need to participate in their survey all you have to do is Hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, and date of birth on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “TJX Brands Survey Sweepstakes,” c/o Merkle Inc., P.O. Box 5021, Department 854224, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5021.
