The Great American Home Search Scavenger Hunt Contest – Win 1 Million Home
Participate in Redfin The Great American Home Search Scavenger Hunt Contest to win a fully furnished home worth about $1,049,000, plus $700,000 in cash to help with taxes and expenses, and paid property taxes and homeowner’s insurance for the first year.
To enter, download or update the Redfin app (IOS | Android) (version 612.0 or later) and sign in or create a free Redfin account using your real name and email address. Next, register for the contest in the app by providing your full name, email, home address, phone number, and date of birth, and agree to the official rules.
During the contest period, 6 clues will be released, and you’ll be notified through app push notifications. You must solve the clues in order using Redfin’s search tools. Each correct answer earns you a puzzle piece. Once all six clues are solved, you can use the completed “House Key” one time to unlock the home you believe is the prize before 8:00 p.m. ET on February 10, 2026. The first eligible participant to solve all clues and correctly select the prize home wins. If there is a tie, winners will be determined based on the fastest completion time.
Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

The home’s exact address will not be made public, and full property details will be shared only with the winner. In addition, the sponsor will provide $700,000 in cash to help cover income taxes and other related expenses (tax coverage is not guaranteed).
The sponsor will also pay the property taxes and homeowner’s insurance for the first 12 months after the home is transferred to the winner, valued at about $25,000. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $1,774,000.
