- Enter your 21-digit survey code exactly as shown on your receipt (without spaces or hyphens)
- Answer the survey questions based on your recent visit.
- Submit your honest feedback.
- Receive your Tim Hortons validation code after completing the survey.
After completing the survey, write the validation code in the space provided on your receipt or invitation. You can then use it to purchase one of the following drinks for only $1 during your next visit.
