Dead by Daylight Design Cosmetic Contest
Are you a Dead by Daylight fan who loves to draw? The Dead by Daylight Design Cosmetic Contest 2025 lets you design your own DBD game cosmetic! You can enter by creating a Survivor outfit, a spooky Killer skin, or even a custom Badge or Banner. Winners will get their design in the game and win 25,000 Auric Cells worth $200 USD.

You can pick ONE of these design categories, or submit one design in each category if you’d like.
- Survivor Outfit
- Killer Outfit

What Should You Create?
Survivor Outfit:
- Full of cool details and accessories
- Fits the Survivor’s personality and backstory
- Can be split into parts (no full suits or dresses)
- Original idea (not copied from existing outfits)
🚫 Don’t design for: Sable Ward, Jake Park, or Adam Francis
Killer Outfit:
- Dark, detailed, and different from what the Killer already has
- Matches the Killer’s lore and body type
- Avoid flashy effects or connected clothing
🚫 Don’t design for: The Dredge, The Unknown, or The Singularity
Badge:
- Use a 2-color gradient background
- Keep the icon in the center with clean, flat style
- Follow the official badge template
Banner:
- Looks like a painting with strong, moody colors
- Main art should be in the top right corner
- Use the official banner template
What You Can’t Do (For All Categories)
- No Dead by Daylight logos or dev references
- No real-life logos, brands, or religious/cultural symbols
- No copying existing DbD collections (like Bone Chill or Guardians & Shadows)
- No AI-generated or commissioned art – your art only!
- No characters from other games or licensed franchises
- Only 1 entry allowed per person
- You must be able to prove the art is yours (ex: sketch, PSD, or video)
How to Enter

- Select a category you would like to submit your entry for.
- Fill out the entry form.
- Upload your artwork image
- Click Submit and you’re in!
Note – You can submit one design in each category.
Tip: Add your social media link in case they need to reach you!

- 📣 Finalists announced: August 29, 2025
- 🗳️ Community voting: August 29 – September 5, 2025
- 🏁 Winners revealed: September 15, 2025
Winners will be contacted by email within 7 days after voting ends.
Judging & Voting
- 10 finalists picked by expert game judges (based on originality and art skill)
- The community votes for their favorite designs
- Top 4 in each category become winners!
👉 Finalists can’t vote or share they’ve been picked until the official announcement.
Prizes
- Your design added to Dead by Daylight!
- 25,000 Auric Cells (about $200 USD)
