Eligibility: This contest is open to current high school, college, and university students (aged 14+) who are enrolled in diploma or degree programs and are legal residents of the United States, Washington D.C., or U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and U.S. Virgin Islands) – international students with valid U.S. student visas are also eligible to participate.
